Conversation Recording: It is illegal to record a private conversation without consent from all parties in many states in Australia.
Camera/Optical Surveillance: Recording video in private areas (toilets, change rooms) is prohibited.
Workplace Surveillance: Employers need permission from employees etc, via written, email etc, before commencing work relating monitoring but must provide notice beforehand.
All-Party Consent: In most Australia States Recording a conversation you are part of without notifying others is usually illegal.
Private conversations: In Australia Recording private conversations without consent is generally considered illegal.
Malicious Intent: Using the device with malicious intent such as to blackmail or relevant action is strictly prohibited.
We are not liable or accountable if you breach any of the above or relevant related actions that results in a legal action/dispute/penalty etc. Our devices are meant for personal/recreational use.
Promotions Offers: To redeem an offer, promotion or discount, all terms of the offer must be met by the customer. We reserve the right to offer limited promotional discounts to customers.
Sale Items: Sale items cannot be refunded.
Change of Mind: We do not refund to change of mind returns on customised products.
Warranty: We use used mobiles to do customisations so that the total cost of the device remains affordable to the end users. We use quality used mobiles, therefore we offer 50 days of warranty, that does not includes water, dust, physical, drop against floor etc, or any related physical damage. Power surge when using non compatible charging or when product gets in touch with high power transmission line or wires related damage etc, are also not covered in warranty.
Battery: Devices contain lithium or lion batteries to power them, kindly don't leave them unattended while they charge and do not perform overnight charging when you sleep, always charge them in your presence for safety. Don't use/leave the device in over 40 degrees of temperature or in direct hot sunlight for extended period of time, including high humidity environment conditions. Furthermore keep device away from water at all the times.
Pickup: If you select local pickup option in Sydney, you will need an ID that matches delivery details that we have on order. For example person ordering the device online, must match with the same person picking up the device. If you arrange other payment option such as cash/crypto then ID is not required.
Estimated Delivery Times: It takes 7 -15 days just to customise the product, after that its just shipment time (shipment company estimated delivery time-frame,we don't control that). If you need rush orders like 24hrs dispatch or pickup contact us before placing the order please.
