Shipping policy

Shipment Time:

We have limited products in stock as these are customised products, so it will roughly take 7 - 15 days to customise the product and additional days for final delivery to you, depends which method of delivery you have selected (Local Pickup is fastest delivery method).

Local Pickup:

Free local pickup without additional cost in Sydney but must contact us before placing the order please.

Standard Postage:

Total delivery days will depend on Australia Post (normally 2-5 days), this time-frame is out of our control. 

Express Postage:

We will post using Express Australia Post, they generally do deliver under 48hrs-72hrs (excludes regional areas), unless its a busy season/holiday/flood/fire/storm events, then obviously the freight gets delayed for such uncontrollable events.
