Just like any mobile phone, when you open the video app, it will start recording the video. Since we have reposition the camera to the top side of the mobile phone, it records the video in its front view. For example, when you are holding it in your hand, whatever is in front of you, will be recorded in the video.
You can leave the mobile phone on the table, chair etc., it will capture the video in front of it.
What is the different video quality/resolution that mobile phone records?
4K hidden camera phone product will record the video 4K@30 FPS, which is 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. It can also record other available resolutions such as 1080p@60fps etc. It also has Gyro-EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization), meaning software will try to stable video when mobile phone is shaking, for example when you’re walking or holding phone in hands while recording the video.
FHD miniature camera spy phone product will record the video 1080p@30fps, which is 1920 × 1080 pixels.
App for discreet video recording?
We will include an app that records video in the background, meaning you will not see anything on the mobile phone screen while the video is being recorded. It will save the video in the gallery.
We mainly use android based mobile phones, that gives you flexibility to install additional premium apps that will offer you more stealth video capture options, such as one click video recording, background video recording, locked/hidden video storage locations etc, once you buy the device, we can refer you such apps if you prefer more stealth options.
How do I transfer the video from phone?
If you want to transfer video from a phone, the easiest way is to connect it to a computer using a usb data cable (small size cable), kindly note every mobile phone has a different way of connecting. You can view tutorial videos on how to connect a phone to computer, once you are connected to the computer, you can easily move the videos to the computer
2nd Option is to connect it to a Wi-Fi network and upload video etc, to your personal online drive such as Google drive etc, Every Gmail account comes with a free 15gb space, so you can upload video directly to your personal online drive account etc. Kindly note video size will be large (in multiple GBs for 10+ minutes of video recording).
3rd Option: insert an SD card into mobile phone (provided it supports SD card), copy files to SD card and move them to computer etc.
Are video files large size?
Videos that are captured using mobile phones always are of large size, since mobile phones have a compact processor and have battery constraints. Therefore, you always move the videos to a computer and reduce the size of the videos by converting them and reducing the bulky pixels size using a video converter software.
Can size of videos be reduced?
Yes, it is very simple to reduce the size of the video on a computer using video software. Normally a 4K resolution 10-minute mobile phone video is in GBs, you can easily convert it to 2K resolution (since you’re not making a Hollywood movie for cinema, you don’t need a 4K size) and using different video formats can further reduce size by up to 70%.
